Schedule Appointments for Spa Services at our Day Spa
Appointments for spa treatments may be scheduled Monday through Saturday during regular business hours. * Massage services are also available on Sundays, upon request.  We recommend scheduling preferred times or special occasions well in advance because certain times and days do sell out. Your name, telephone number and a credit card are required to reserve your appointment for a spa service.

Cancellations at our Day Spa
Our spa treatments are carefully coordinated to ensure that all of our clients receive the personal attention they deserve. If for any reason you must cancel your appointment for a spa treatment, we request that you provide us with 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover the time reserved. No-shows for spa services will be charged the full value of the service. A 50% deposit is required for all spa packages or in order to reserve the day spa for private parties or special events. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 72 hours notice.

Spa Etiquette at La Residencia Spa
It is our goal to make your stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. To preserve the serenity of our environment, we kindly ask that you

  • be on time for your appointment for a spa service
  • turn off your cell phone before entering the spa
  • leave young children at home
  • use a soft voice when speaking in the waiting and spa treatment rooms
  • move your car from our parking lot to accommodate other guests, if you plan on dining next door.

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
